I have a one of your ISG-3 Type AC motors with gearbox. I am wondering whether there is a way that the direction can be reversed either in the motor or the gearbox.
The "Reduction Ratios & Output Speed" table at the bottom of the data sheet (attached) appears to imply that the ratio and/or gear speeds can be changed. How is that achieved? I am thinking if the ratio can be changed, maybe the direction can be changed as well? Is there more documentation on those motors/gearboxes you could please point me to?
Just for context: This motor is part of my composting toilet (https://www.nature-loo.com.au/products/sale/EcoLet%E2%84%A2-65e-p55447457). In this application it drives the adjudicator, which appears to be spinning the wrong way. As this is a shaded pole AC motor, I assume the electrical connection being reversed could not cause this problem. Hence, I am looking at the gearbox as the most likely cause.
Thank you,
Malte.
